NJ Department of Health (NJDOH) requires EVERY enrolled child 6 months to 59 months of age receive the flu shot between 1 August and 30 November EVERY Year.

Enrolled children who have NOT received their flu shot and have not provided documentation to the school nurse by 30 November,  MUST be excluded from school for the duration of the influenza season (through 31 March).
